In order to calculate a preliminary price, we ask our clients to provide a structure and functional descriptions of the upcoming project. This allows us to predict the scope of the project.
How long does it take to implement a project?
It depends on the type and scope of the project. One project we implement in a few weeks, another may last several months. We discuss the terms with the clients before signing the contract.
Do you provide guarantees?
Yes, we provide an unlimited warranty for the code we develop, but there are additional conditions that clients are informed about before signing the contract.
Have you been trained on how to work with the new system?
Yes, after completing the project, we conduct initial training for the client's team. During the training, we introduce the system environment. For each case, we create "step by step" training material - how to perform specific actions step by step. The training period is not limited.
Does the created intellectual property belong to the client?
Yes, we create graphic elements and code on behalf of the client. Everything created during the project development is transferred to the client or given unlimited access.
