Project Objectives

The main objective of the project was to create a reliable, functional, and easy-to-manage management system that would optimize all social service processes. It was necessary to address challenges related to client data management, service planning, and task allocation for employees.
Another objective was to ensure automated process execution and convenient report generation, enabling the organization to more easily monitor results and plan its activities.
